Yopi Fusion 1

Yopi Fusion is a combination of Yoga and Pilates fused together in a flowing exercise format.
It was developed by Niamh Kenny to create an effective workout for clients that like both yoga and pilates and dont have the time to do both. 
It is excellent for building strength, stamina and for calming the mind and has a lovely flow
You should always seek a professionals advise if you are unsure of what you are doing to avoid injury
