I began in the Fitness Industry 25 years ago. I specialise in lifestyle management and Bespoke workouts and nutrition.I work in Aerobics,weight's ,circuits,Body Pump,Ayurveda,Chinese Medicine,Phytotherapy,Yoga and Pilates.
I teach a flow style of yoga based on the Ashtanga method, adapted to a flow format to suit time schedules,ailments and fitness
Their are many combinations and pliates power classes.
To improve Pilates techniques their is a 30 minute Pilates Essentials class to bring you back to your core and yoga workshops that concentrate on specific elements.
My Bootcamps for Funky Fatties over Forty are very popular. We also have a range of Fabulous Forties classes
I am also a Massage Therapist and Health and Fitness journalist.
We run fitness holidays in France, Croatia and Italy, they vary from cycling trips easy to hard, to yoga and pilates and bootcamps.
We organise bespoke groups so let us know what you want to do and we can set it up for you.
These trips are fun. In fact we lead the way to local hostelries and restaurants and encourage relaxation alongside activity.
