WalkMe is a walking assistant that keeps track of your performance while walking. It provides speed, distance, steps taken, and calories burned during exercise. After the walk the results can be exported and uploaded for further analysis to any walking community site.

I am also a Massage Therapist and Health and Fitness journalist.
We run fitness holidays in France, Croatia and Italy, they vary from cycling trips easy to hard, to yoga and pilates and bootcamps.
We organise bespoke groups so let us know what you want to do and we can set it up for you.
These trips are fun. In fact we lead the way to local hostelries and restaurants and encourage relaxation alongside activity.
